Leadership development is crucial, enabling managers to lead effectively, contributing to a healthy work environment. 6. Monitoring technological changes In an evolving world, companies need to ensure that their professionals are up to date with new tools and technologies. Training helps keep the team aligned with new developments. 7. Innovation and adaptability Well-trained professionals are likely to contribute ideas and adapt quickly to new situations. This is crucial in a world in which innovation and adaptation are competitive factors. 8. Competitiveness in the market Companies that invest in training have a competitive advantage, as they are better equipped to deal with market challenges and opportunities. These are also the reasons for the existence of UNIABLA! We are ABLA’s corporate training structure, focused on qualifying and training entrepreneurs and rental company employees. In 2023, we held in-person courses on “Sales and Negotiation Techniques for Rental Companies,” “Accounting for Rental Companies,” and “Traffic Fine Management” in several cities. We also held two editions of “Breakfast with Finance.” More than 500 professionals, from more than 280 companies, were trained and rated us highly (89.91 NPS and 97.05 CSAT). In an unprecedented partnership with FENALOC, UNIABLA also transferred 20% of the revenue obtained from registrations for its courses directly to the regional rental company associations. We also hold distance learning courses on bidding, talks on fleet demobilization, and resumed in-company courses, with content customized to the needs of the contracting companies. For 2024 we will do more, including a new distance learning platform. We will have basic courses and management, operational, commercial, and legal training, which can be contracted through a license with varied access, according to the demand and needs of each associated rental company. We will also continue in-person courses. Soon, we will be touring the country with an updated version of the “Fair Price” course, much requested by members – and the well- known and respected “Traffic Fines Management” course.
