Após a identificação dos anúncios de produtos irregulares o Sindicel encaminha uma notificação aos marketplaces para remoção dos produtos de suas plataformas. Considerando a falta de interesse e de colaboração das plataformas, o Sindicel apresentou, no dia 19 de janeiro de 2025, denúncia na Secretaria Nacional do Consumidor – Senacon contra Mercado Livre e Shoppe, por violações de normas de defesa do consumidor pela venda de produtos irregulares. É importante ressaltar que na denúncia foram incluídos diversos anúncios de cabos irregulares, bem como notificações do Sindicel alertando sobre a venda de produtos irregulares. Marketplaces monitoring Sindicel has identified advertising in the main marketplaces in Brazil for non-compliant products, resulting from the lack of inspection in this market. After identifying the advertising for such products, Sindicel notifies those responsible and asks that they remove the products from their platforms. Considering the lack of interest and cooperation among these platforms, on January 19, 2025, Sindicel filed a suit at the National Consumer Department (Senacon) against Mercado Livre and Shoppe, for violations of consumer protection rules in the sale of non-compliant products. It must be noted that the complaint included several advertisements for non-compliant cables, as well as notifications from Sindicel warning about the sale of non-compliant products.
